Support Notice - macOS Sensor Version Update Required

Summary: Notice that End of Life Sensors for macOS, older than 24.04, will no longer function as of 1 MAY 2025.

Question_md: Due to upcoming changes to the Cyberhaven SaaS platform, agent versions 24.03 and earlier will no longer function as of May 1st 2025. While we strive to maintain backward compatibility for as long as possible, this update is necessary to ensure optimal performance, alignment with the latest security standards, and compatibility with recent system enhancements.

To avoid service disruption, we strongly recommend upgrading to the latest, latest - 1, or LTS version of the agent version before the specified date. If you have any questions or require assistance with the upgrade process, please contact our support team.
